A) We've been an established jewellers for more than 25 years now.

Q) How much is Postage?
A1) Free for all UK purchases.
A2) For international purchases we use 'Airsure with Enhanced Compensation' by Royal Mail. We will always let you know the amount before posting your jewellery and if you are not happy with the cost of the postage we will be more than happy to cancel your order and give you a full refund. Depending upon the size and value of the item you purchase this service can change price - but will never exceed £13 per item. Q) How can I return the 'Marry Me' ring to gain my £50 credit?
A) It is your responsibility to ensure it's safe return. We would always recommend you use some form of recorded delivery for your own peace of mind. (For example in the UK you can send recorded delivery for as little as £1.13) Alternatively if you're ever near Manchester why not pop into our studio to drop it off and say hello.

A) Each and every piece is lovingly handcrafted by Anne so we always send them in securely wrapped and beautifully presented gift boxes; as befits such unique pieces of art.
